Our Approach
P3 Capital Partners, acting as the Advisory Team will be responsible for the overall establishment and management of the Project Team. The Advisory Team will be responsible to work closely with the senior members from the client's team on the selection of the Project Partner. We will also coordinate with the necessary government departments and officials as well as facilitate the financial modeling and the project conceptual design.
P3 Capital Partners bring a wealth of experience in the areas of infrastructure, financing, seniors’ issues, government relations, post-secondary institution relations, and project management. We have a strong network of both public and private industry contacts.
P3 Capital Partners will liaise with the key stakeholders and private enterprises to explore possible collaboration on all aspects of the project.
The Advisory Team will form an integral part of the Project Team during construction and commission.
In collaboration with the client's government relations group, the Advisory Team will work with the Government of Alberta on any programs that may be suitable for the client to accesscommitted to delivering top-notch results that exceed expectations.
